Today, Michael combines that unique experience with comprehensive financial planning to help executives, business owners, professionals, and families build intentional, tailored strategies for long-term financial success. He also partners with organizations to strengthen their employee value proposition through compensation strategy, retirement plans, executive benefits, voluntary benefits, employee financial wellbeing, and workplace financial education.
